How can I stop using the gift registry service?

  1. If you do not use (login to) the personal gift registry service for a period of fifteen months, all your information will be automatically removed. You will receive an email notification after twelve months.
  2. It is also possible to remove yourself directly. When logged in go to ‘Personal settings’ tab ‘Remove’. You can also be removed based on email and password .
  3. You are always welcome to start using the gift registry service again in the future.

How can I change my password?

  1. Go to the ‘Personal settings’ tab ‘Password’.

I have more than one email address. How do I make sure that friends and family can find my gift registry?

  1. We advice to enter all email addresses that your friends may use to search by.
  2. Go to ‘Personal settings’ and the tab ’Email’ to add email addresses.

How can I change my email address?

  1. Ga to ‘Personal settings’ tab ’Email’.
  2. Add the new email address.
  3. Make the new email address your default email address.
  4. Delete the old email address.

How can I change the frequency of receiving gift registry news via email?
